PRODUCTION AREA: Vestini Area. This is an area which goes from the Adriatic Sea coast to the high mountains of Gran Sasso d’Italia (2.910 m a.s.l.). Here the distance between the coast and the high mountains is no more than 40 km creating a micro-climate with sharp temperature excursions particularly suitable to the wine growing.
